I recently purchased a 2nd vehicle from Hudson Nissan of North Charleston! I think that ☝says it all!
We have always been treated with nothing but kindness and respect by everyone at Hudson Nissan. Yes, yes...I know what everyone is thinking! "They're trying to sell you a car, how do you THINK they're gonna treat you!?"... and I get it and agree! I've shopped at A LOT of car dealerships...lots of BIG names... claiming to treat every customer "like family"! And I have dealt with a lot of "fake" nice car salesmen.
This is why I can say with no hesitation that Hudson Nissan of North Charleston is the BEST! My most recent purchase was handled by Brendan, who is great! Approximately six months ago I got into an accident (through no fault of my own) and , unfortunately, my car was totaled. I was left with no car, no way to work, medical bills, regular bills, etc. To put the cherry on top, the at-fault driver's insurance company was in NO HURRY to help me out...but that's another very long, very frustrating story for another day! The point of all of this info is, my credit took a HUGE hit because of all of the above. Six months after the accident, my credit score was the lowest it has ever been. I was worried that I would not only be turned down for financing, but that I would literally be laughed off the lot!
I was completely open and honest with Brendan about everything that had occured over the past six months, and he not only listened with patience and sympathy, but he insisted that he was going to get me into a car that day, all before ever looking at my credit report! And he did! He, once again, patiently listened to everything that I wanted/needed in a car, never ONCE trying to push anything on me. I was completely amazed when I drove up into the lot and "my car" was sitting up in the front with my name on the windshield! He found EXACTLY what I wanted, to a tee! Like I said, he truly listened to me and what I wanted, and he couldn't have picked a more perfect vehicle for me and my family!
Not only was finding my car a BREEZE (literally!!), but the dreaded paperwork process was super quick and easy. Speaking of paperwork, I have to mention Robbie, who handled most of my paperwork, down payment, taxes, etc. He was AMAZING as well! Not only was he very, very understanding and patient with me (I had a TON of questions and occasionally tend to talk a little too much...obviously! ☝), but also understanding the dilemma I came in with, Robbie was, to my relief, exceptionally honest. I've been to dealerships where they have attempted to very quickly skim over, or downright omit some of the "undesirable", yet extremely important information in the contract or financing terms, just to secure the sale. Robbie was refreshingly open and honest about everything, and I appreciate that more than anything!
I started this review with the intent of writing maybe a short paragraph! But I just cannot say enough about Hudson Nissan of North Charleston! They have an amazing crew, a great selection of cars, and the BEST customer service by far! 110% recommend!!
I went to Hudson Nissan this past Saturday to look at a car that caught my attention. Eric, all of the managers, and their finance company took outstanding care of me during my entire buying experience. No pressure tactics, and they worked with me to get my new car. Absolutely the best Dealership experience I ever had. I highly recommend Hudson Nissan. They take good care of you throughout your entire visit there.
Patrick is one of the most professional, patient, and knowledgeable service advisors. He is always willing to help, support and often goes above and beyond to ensure the most positive customer service and experience at Hudson Nissan Rivers Ave. He's so attentive and Hudson is blessed to have him in their service department. Tim is also amazing to work with as well. Thank you guys for all you do!!!
I'm usually someone who tends to over star, and in a lot of ways Nissan did their job. Even took my car overnight to make sure it didn't misfire but cars still running bad.
I recently purchased a new car from here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. A big shoutout to Rico Purdie, who was my salesman. Rico was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, patiently answered all my questions, and really listened to what I was looking for.
We worked with Erik(salesman), Josh(sales manager), and Daniel (finance) to get a used suburban. They were all wonderful. No high pressure sales tactics, no pressure to get things we didn’t feel we needed. They simply offered and explained what they were so we could make educated decisions on our own. Would highly recommend working with these three again.
Ron Hannon is the heavy weight champ of car sales. No pressure just honest answers and help. Talking with Ron was like sitting on the front porch at a friend's house.
