I want to think Hudson Nissan dealership for doing an excellent job on getting my wife and I into our new car. Javier our salesman did everything to make sure we didn’t feel pressured into anything and that is the quality if a person you need more of in this type of field.
I have bought many cars in my life time and never had service like I had at Hudson Nissan. IT WAS SUPERB!!!!! Our sales person Angel Vazquez was very kind and professional as a matter of fact the whole staff was wonderful. They answered all questions without hesitation and made us feel very comfortable doing business with them.
We had the pleasure of working with Ja'vier Howard to purchase our Rogue. He answered our questions but didn't push us, our kind of salesman. He is great, I highly recommend using him. Our only complaint is with procedure at Hudson. We wasted a lot of time with the walks to the managers office. We agreed early on on price but we were still there for 3 plus hours.
Easy booking process and just wished that my service agent was tied to my vehicle. Fast turnaround.
Rico made the task of getting a new car great. He pleasantly greeted us on the lot and made our family feel welcome. He interacted and joked with my family on the test drive in everyday conversation rather than a "what can we do to get you in this car?". He was down to earth and not pushy. Even though he is a Dallas Cowboys fan (I am not????), I'm glad he is the one we dealt with. A great 1st impression of Hudson Nissan. Well done and a class act dealership. I will definitely will recommend Rico and the team to family and friends.
We worked with Chris Gordon who did an excellent job. He followed up and coordinated everything for us and transaction and support went without a hitch. I would recommend him to anyone.
Quentin Ramsey was communicative, professional and a huge help to the buying process. Never did I feel pressured and he answered every question I had with ease. He went out of his way to make sure I understand the vehicle, where I can charge, maintenance and if I have any problems to give him a call directly! Highly recommend!

I came in because of a factory recall on a part that could have been corroded in my car. The part was not corroded yet, so they applied a grease to ensure the corrosion never occurs in the future.
JORDAN is the BEST Service Coordinator (or whatever his job title is) I’ve EVER been helped by!! He was genuine and honest and funny and soooo so very helpful!! I’ll request him henceforth!!

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier from out of town this recent summer and had been looking for a solid Nissan dealership to have my truck serviced at when needed. I scheduled a service appointment and upon arrival I was told that service was behind and my car would not be able to be serviced that day. My appointment was towards the end of the day and things happen. No worries. I was able to work with Hunter in the Service Department this first visit and he took care of me on my second visit as well. Everyone I met with was very friendly, clean waiting area and service done right. Will certainly be back and thankful I found this location. Thanks again, Hunter.

I was able to set an appointment time and stayed there in their lounge until the car was ready I enjoyed free coffee and soda drinks while waiting. Very nice lounge area.

I recently had to go to Hudson Nissan Of North Charleston to get a latch fixed in my hood of my car. I had no idea that something was wrong but they knew right away. The mechanic know everything from front to back and even sent a video to me of what specific issue he began to fix. And even recommended others things I could look into as well. During that same time, I was treated very well by a Jocelyn Simmons. She was very kind from beginning to end and I can tell it came from a genuine place to serve her customers. She answered any questions I had with ease and made my stay enjoyable. She was a great great help. If I ever need anything again or have any questions, she gave me her business card as well as my report to call back. If I ever need anything again, I’ll be sure to call her. She’s does her job very well and I have high hopes for her to get a promotion in the early future. Great customer service should never be over looked and showing it as work is a great attribute to have. Thank you Jocelyn for the great experience.

Madison was a great salesman...very straight forward and to the point. He did his best to get me a great deal. Payment till more than I wanted but I was able to get a vehichle that I feel is worth every penny. I am very happy with my purchase.

I got my KICKS!!!! I went online looking for a car on the Nissan website, found one I was interested in. I requested information and immediately Mike Garris went out and took a video of that car, while it was raining, all so I could get an in person look. From that car to actually finding the “ONE” he was there . He and his team looked high and low to find my KICKS!!!! Also a shout out to Casey Jiles for making financing a breeze and with a great attitude, took the stress out of a potentially stressful situation.????????????
