This was such a great buying experience for my daughter and helping her buy her first car! In fact it was the polar opposite experience as she and I had at another local dealership prior to coining to Hudson Nissan. Now she knows how she should be treated when purchasing a car on her own in the future. Our salesperson, Suzanne and sales manager, Eric were wonderful to work with and we highly recommend!
Quick and Easy purchase. Brendan had everything ready to go when we got there. Negotiating was stress free and we feel like we got a fair value on our trade and on the vehicle we purchased. Can’t beat the lifetime powertrain warranty offered by Nissan. Grateful for a stress free experience and a new vehicle my family and I really enjoy.
I’ve been here twice before and my service has been amazing. I honestly think it is the best service dealership I have been to before. Patrick worked with me and explained everything to me in depth. I am not very knowledgeable about car issues, but he helped me understand what the problem was with my car and the options that I had to fix it. He was great at communicating everything with me, and the job was done in a very timely fashion. I have had no trouble with my car since. I would definitely recommend the service here and recommend Patrick as well!
I have been to the Summerville, Savannah Hwy, and Rivers Ave locations - and will forever choose to work with the Rivers Ave staff for service and sales as long as I can! Rico makes buying a personal experience and I didn’t feel like I was annoying him with my questions. GN answered my questions with transparency and helped me with understanding things I would have missed. And Jake in Service has been my go to since I moved to Summerville 10 years ago and one the main reasons I come back for service even though there is a closer place now. THANK YOU Hudson on Rivers for making us feel welcome every time we walked through the doors over the last few weeks!!

Edit: 05/12/2025 - Had my first oil change appointment last week and then this past weekend had a screw in my tire. Tim and Matt on the service team were AMAZING - they assisted getting me in and out - took care of the tire warranty claim and totally made my experience as painless as possible. I am loving my new Rogue but had I known this was how their service department was - I would have brought my previous vehicle here for service!
We have bought multiple vehicles from Ron Hannon at Hudson Nissan. He is always so helpful, no pressure salesman and he literally responds within in minutes of our vehicle inquiries. We will continue to be return customers especially as Ron Hannon as our salesman

Excellent customer service! No pressure tactics. Mike Garris and GN Mendoza were both very professional and knowledgeable while helping me navigate the leasing process! This is my second leased vehicle and the experience was just as satisfying as the first one.
Drove in early to Hudson Nissan because I saw a nail in my tire while leaving for the grocery store. As a nurse, I don’t get a lot of days off and I was afraid to let the nail go too long. I asked for Patrick because he’s always been so easy to work with. He warned me this would not be a quick fix but they could certainly do it today and he could get me a ride home so at least I could get my chores done. The tires had road hazard from being put on at Hudson Nissan so it only cost me labor and tax. I am sure one day I can find something that they will tell me no about, but their answer so far has been a resounding yes!! What a great service department!! Those are hard to find these days.

I'd like to share my experience with the Service Department at Hudson Nissan of N. Charleston. My daughter's car needed a tire replaced, which was covered by the warranty. While there, a fluid leak was discovered. Patrick Martens, the Service Tech, provided a detailed description of what's needed to fix the issue.
This is where my confidence in taking my vehicle to dealership is validated. Patrick not only provided me with every detail of the repairs that were needed, he researched to find out that most of the work will be covered under two separate warranties. I didn't know I had the second warranty. His diligence saved me over $5000. I've always been a loyal customer to the Nissan brand, now I'm a loyal customer to the N. Charleston dealership.
I couldn't thank Patrick enough for his dedication, and my daughter can once again get back on the road. The professionals at Hudson Nissan in N. Charleston are awesome at what they do.
