The team in the service department at Hudson Nissan always provides me with unmatched customer service. Jocelyn is my go to because she is so welcoming and inviting. I won't go anywhere else because to me they are family.
Since I have been a customer 2015 I have only had one terrible experience that was my previous service on 11-4-24. But this service experience was very good. Jacob corrected the previous service issue error with professional service. He provided professional service and the customer care that Nissan had always provided. Thanks for his service, courtesy and professionalism

We miss Cindy Gaither incredibly but Matt took good care of us. We were not happy with the Summerville Hudson Nissan service in August. The work was fine but our car was not even pulled up in the computer and we were advised to have expensive work done that had just been completed at the 80,000 mile service 5000 miles before this. (At the North area Hudson’s). They need to get their act together!
I always receive good service. The work is carried out on time and any problems are resolved.
At this dealership every thing was excellent. Service manger was very helpful. And friend ly.
Jake was absolutely amazing while servicing me. He went over and beyond to accommodate me when I dropped off my car.
This dealership is very clean and staff is friendly. My waiting time was comfortable and pleasant.

Purchased a new 2025 Rogue, Mikey Lam was awesome and the management team reached out a few times for follow up - overall a great experience.

Ron Hannon aka big Ron was the most genuinely nice sales person I have ever worked with when I arrive to the dealership from Myrtle Beach. He had the car waiting out front for me as well as coffee and water for myself and my mom. We chitchat a little bit and then he took us out to the car, he gave us some time to unwind from our 2 1/2 hour ride, made the process extremely fast and easy and was able to meet our requests on all the numbers ahead of sales extremely friendly non-pushy and fast and was able to work things out moneywise for me to be to have warranties on a vehicle and keep my payments at what I needed to be monthly would highly highly recommend anybody else choose the dealership.
Better than I expected I had a horrible experience with the one on Savannah hwy but this one made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them. They fixed my car and serviced it perfectly got my car in and out!! Update 09/07/2024 Still the best dealership if you have a Nissan. My service advisor Jacob Brock was a 10/10. He called me and got me scheduled for a service recall that I’ve been really needing to get done, and also found out that I had a steering issue and helped get that fixed under my warranty!! Him and the service team were amazing. They were able to get me a rental in such short notice so they could get my car fixed and get me back on the road. Took no more than 2 days!!! Nissan on Rivers will be my dealership for any services that I need completed. Thank you guys so much. My car drives so much better now I can definitely tell the difference
This was my all-time best auto buying experience. Mikey Lam is a friendly, knowlegeable and non-pressuring car salesman who really cares about his customers! Thank you Nissan for my awesome truck buying expereince with 0% intrest and a great extended warranty package that includes GAP Coverage if my vehicle is totalled and more is owed than paid out by the insurance company.
Ron was a delight to deal with . He did exactly what he said he would do and he followed up after the sale . The credit dept made the transaction pleasant. Everyone was very professional! Well done

Wonderful experience. I had the best salesman (Ron Hannon) he was honest, transparent, trustworthy, looked out for me and made it a smooth/easy process. I drove from GA. Excellent prices, service. The manager Eric Jensen was excellent as well. Both very helpful, made the process easy, smooth, trustworthy/honest people at this dealership especially Ron Hannon/ manager Eric Jensen. They even followed up with me a few days after to see if I had any questions after the deal completed. Worth the drive from GA. A+
Got referred to Issac via Tabbi both were amazing. Very quick to respond to my emails and text. Made my dealership experience very easy told him what I was looking for and where I needed to be. He made the process seemless smooth and easy no fuss no headaches. Highly recommend and would definitely do business with Issac and Hudson Nissan again.
